*Open orders are those which you have recently placed and are awaiting confirmation and shipment by a retailer. Closed orders are those which have been confirmed and shipped by a retailer.

Top Tip: You can also raise order enquiries directly with our retailers from the orders screen.

Change my language

We display our content in the language of the country from where you are shopping.
You can change the language in 1 of 2 ways:
  • By scrolling to the page footer and selecting a new language under the ‘Other languages’ heading or
  • By changing your main language preference in your eStoreXL marketplace account, to do this:
  • Click ‘Account’ button on the eStoreXL marketplace website header banner.
  • Enter your email address

Payment security

We use a range of industry leading payment solutions to process your payment securely and safely during the online checkout process. These payment solutions and our own checkout systems utilise strong encryption, the latest security and fraud prevention tools and are PCI-DSS compliant, so you can be assured payments are always safe and personal details are never compromised.

Payment methods

eStoreXL marketplace accepts a variety of payment methods depending on the country from which you are shopping. The methods accepted will display on the product pages while browsing and in the checkout.

We attempt to take payment when your order is placed, in this event you will receive an order number and an email confirmation immediately. However in some circumstances the payment may be authorised pending additional security checks, in this event you will be sent an order confirmation email once the payment is approved and settled (usually within 24 hours).

Please be advised that if you are using Multibanco to pay for your order and there is a need to process a refund, we are unable to process this to the original payment method. If this is the case, a member of our team will be in contact with you to process this to an alternate payment method.

Payment issues and declined payments

We are unable to disclose any specific information regarding declined payments. General decline reasons would be as follows;

  • Expired Card
  • Invalid Card Number
  • 3D Secure authentication failed
  • Insufficient funds
  • CVC Declined
  • Restricted Card
  • AVS Declined (The billing address data the shopper entered is incorrect)

Acceptance of your order

Acceptance of your order will only take place once the retailer has dispatched your goods. The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute a legally binding contract. Prior to dispatch of the goods, eStoreXL marketplace and/or the retailer has the right to decline your order for any reason.

Find my confirmation email

We send the following emails to the email address you enter at checkout:
  • Order ‘Thank You’ email – this email is sent immediately to acknowledge receipt of your order and provide the order reference number.
  • Order ‘Confirmation’ email – this email is sent when the retailer(s) confirms that they are able to accept your order and the fulfilment process has begun. You will receive separate confirmations for each part of the order if you have purchased from different retailers within our marketplace.
  • Order ‘Shipped’ email – this email is sent when the retailer(s) dispatch your item(s). You will receive separate shipment notifications for each part of the order if you have purchased from different retailers within our marketplace.
  • ‘Shipping update’ email – this email contains details of your shipment tracking information. Note it is only sent for orders shipped on a tracked service, you will not receive a shipping update if you opted for a standard service.

Whilst we do have email validation checks in place to limit the likelihood of having accidentally entering invalid/incorrect details at checkout, mistakes are made and if you have not received the first email this may have occurred. 

We suggest that you:
  • Check your spam or junk folder in your emails.
  • Check your Social and Promotions tabs (Gmail only).
  • Then add to your address book or safe list.

Find out which currency prices are listed in?

As we are a global marketplace, we have different domains that allow you to only browse items which are available for shipping to your location.

The domain you are viewing will also show prices in the local currency, for example, if you are shopping on www.estorexl.eu/fr/, prices will be shown in EUR.
If you are shopping on www.estorexl.eu/dk/, then prices will be in DKK,
or www.estorexl.com, then prices will be in USD.

To check or change which domain you are viewing, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select your country from the list of countries that we currently operate in.

What does it cost to sell on eStoreXL marketplace?

There are no monthly, listing, or marketing fees for all products listed. We charge 15% of the shopper's basket value (ex VAT) along with a funds processing fee (2.35% of transaction value) which contributes towards eStoreXL marketplace's payment and transaction processing costs (inclusive of any currency and forex charges).

What countries does eStoreXL marketplace operate in?

We are currently localised in 28 countries across the world.

Who can sell on eStoreXL?

Any business who is registered in one of our 28 countries can sell on eStoreXL marketplace. Please be aware some products are prohibited from sale on eStoreXL marketplace, these can be seen on our Prohibited Products List

How does eStoreXL marketplace work?

Do I need to supply my products in each language and currency

There are 2 ways to manage orders on eStoreXL marketplace; either through the eStoreXL Marketplace Merchant Centre or alternatively via our Order API interface which provides an automated experience managing orders within your own system. Who handles customer service queries?

Customers can contact you directly by raising an enquiry through our included Retailer Portal messaging system. In addition, our dedicated customer care team are here to support both you and customers who purchase from you and we will contact you regarding any enquiries we receive directly, where your assistance is required.

There are three different ways for you to integrate your products with eStoreXL marketplace.

eStoreXL CSV & XML Feeds

Both of our data formats allow the eStoreXL marketplace system to utilise one data feed to display your products across all countries. You need to have the capability to send us an automated feed to keep your data up to date. The specifications are straight-forward and easy to create which allows you to quickly integrate with eStoreXL marketplace.

There are only 11 mandatory fields in the eStoreXL marketplace CSV and XML formats to ensure you can get up and running as soon as possible. The remaining fields, although not compulsory, are there so that we can fine tune your experience and to correctly categorise your products in order to get you the most sales possible. Throughout this process the eStoreXL marketplace Integration Team will be on hand to advise on submitting a feed that ensures your products are set-up correctly.


Partner Integrations

We have an ever-expanding network of partnerships with companies around the world which allows our online retailers to easily integrate with the eStoreXL marketplace.

With these partners we have built an integration method that means you can seamlessly provide your data feed from their system and retrieve all orders back into your own back-office system.

To make things even easier during the integration you will have the assistance of our Partners Support Teams, and the eStoreXL Marketplace Integration Team will be on-hand to verify your feed and ensure your integration goes smoothly.

We have created a range of bespoke ecommerce plug-ins which allow retailers to easily integrate into the eStoreXL marketplace and start selling to eStoreXL's shoppers all around the world.

Our plugins are based around the e-commerce platforms from some of the world's largest vendors, such as Magento, Bigcommerce, Shopify, Prestashop, WooCommerce and others. They enable thousands of retailers around the world to seamlessly integrate their product data and retrieve their orders.
